The Market is celebrating it’s annual Turkish Festival and to help the celebrations along Kemal Barut will show us not only how to cook, but also to think again about what we imagined Turkish food to be, as he brings his youthful passion to a very modern menu. He inspires us to bring Turkish flavours and techniques into our own kitchen and shows us how to use Mezez items to replace entire meals if you wish , from tiny goats cheese stuffed mushrooms and kataifi wrapped prawns to marinated mussels.
