Our dedicated catering event supervisors have catered to everything from the Governor’s Residence Open Day – Australia Day event for 5,000 guests, to a wedding in a surf lifesaving club for 40. We’ve catered international film festival launches and intercultural society events for 400, from the Yarra Valley for 200 to Docklands festivals for 4,500, we’ve fed them well and impressed everyone too.
We’ve developed a great range of menus where spices are the hero, to suit various events and gatherings, all featuring our unique modern Turkish Mediterranean food. Our menus often reflect the shared table style of Ottoman dining, but individual plating is also available. Meze menus with little tastes are also perfect for standing events.
We have matched all the menus to flexible wine and beverage packages to suit varying budgets.
